(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On Saturday, July 12th, 2014 at approximately 1:15 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were conducting an R.I.D.E. check stop on County Road 124 in the Village of Nottawa.
OPP members stopped a vehicle in the above R.I.D.E. check and quickly determined that the driver was operating his motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.†is Kenneth J. MCNAY 63 years old from Clearview Twp. First appearance is August 5th, 2014 in Collingwood court.
