(CALEDON, ON) – On March 15, 2014 shortly after 9 pm, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. (Reducing Impaired Driving Everywhere) on Queensgate Boulevard and Pembrook Street in the Village of Bolton.
The officers spoke to the driver of a green Chevrolet and immediately detected that she was under the influence of alcohol and had a strong odour of alcohol on her breath. The female was arrested and transported to Detachment for testing.
In conclusion, Stefania SBOROVAZ, 41, of Caledon was arrested and charged with Over 80.
The Administrative Drivers’ Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and her motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
The accused is scheduled to make her first appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on April 3, 2014.
