(Blind River, ON.) – On October 4, 2013 officers from the East Algoma OPP detachment were called to a residence on West St in Blind River. Upon arrival police were advised two neighbours were involved in a verbal altercation where one of the neighbours threatened the other. As a result 39 year old Gregory HAWKINS of Blind River has been charged with uttering a threat. HAWKINS was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
