(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 69 year old male with Firearm offences after investigating a neighbour dispute at a Lakeshore Road, Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Wednesday March 30th, 2016 at approximately 7:23 pm Police were called to the Lakeshore Road address after receiving a report that a dog had been shot following an altercation between two neighbours.
As a result of Police investigation 69 year old Joseph DITSCH of Haldimand County has been charged with Careless use of a firearm, Pointing a firearm, Cruelty to animals, Uttering threats, Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and Criminal Negligence. The male is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
