(ESSA, ON)- The Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a Roth Street business on December 26, 2013 at 6:57am for a collision that took place in the parking lot of the business.
Police received information that a male driving through the drive-thru had struck a snow bank and another vehicle. During the course of the investigation, Police determined that the driver was impaired and arrested the male.
Charged is 48 year old Essa resident Robert BENSON, he is charged with one count of Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He has a first appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on January 23, 2014 to speak to the matter.
