Shortly before 6:00 p.m. on August 2nd, police received a traffic complaint regarding a possible impaired driver at the Kemptville LCBO. An officer located the GMC Sierra as it was exiting the parking lot. The driver of the vehicle provided a breath sample and registered a fail” on the road side screening device. The driver was arrested and transported to Kemptville OPP detachment for an intoxilyzer test. A bag of marijuana was located in the driver’s pocket.
