(NAPANEE, ON) – On October 22, 2016 officers from the Napanee Detachment conducted a vehicle stop while on general patrol. Officers were suspicious the driver may have been impaired. Upon speaking with the driver the officer noted a mason jar containing cannabis marihuana. The occupant, 38 year old Michael Brennan Fitzpatrick from Stone Mills Township was arrested for possession of a schedule II substance under 30 grams. He was released on an Appearance Notice and scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on November 22, 2016 at 9:00 am.
