Break And Enter – OPP Capture Suspects

(DAWN- EUPHEMIA TWP, ON) – On October 25, 2016 at approximately 5:45 p.m. members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the 6000 Block of Bentpath Line, Dawn- Euphemia Township to investigate a break and enter in progress.

Upon OPP arrival, one suspect was apprehended at the scene and a Canine search and track commenced for a second fleeing suspect. Approximately two hours later the second suspect was apprehended by the Canine Officer. As a result of additional investigation, it was discovered that the suspect(s) had stolen flooring materials and were in possession of break-in instruments and narcotics.

The OPP have charged Jordan DELEARY, 25 years-of-age of Moravian First Nation, Ontario for allegedly committing the offences of break and enter, possession of break-in instruments and possession of a weapon. In addition, the OPP have charged Carmen SNAKE, 42 years-of-age of Moravian First Nation, Ontario for allegedly committing the offence of break and enter, possession of break-in instruments, possession of a weapon and possession of a narcotic. Both suspects are to attend the Sarnia Court House on the 12 December 2016 to answer to the allegations.
