(McKELLAR TWP, ON) – The West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a Domestic Violence call to a residence in McKellar Township on January 12, 2014 at approximately 7:01 p.m. A nearby resident dialed 9-1-1 when they heard a loud dispute from inside a house.
A 33 year old male from McKellar Township was charged with Mischief, Sexual Assault and 3 counts of Spousal Assault.
The accused was held pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound.
