(Otonabee South Monaghan Township, ON) – On Saturday, January 11, 2014, at approximately 11:42 am officers from the Peterborough County OPP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Indian River.
Officers attended the area and located a Black Pontiac with a male driver. At this time an investigation was conducted of the driver.
As a result of the investigation 38 year old Stephen MacDONALD of Emily Township was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation and Dangerous Driving and Suspended Driving.
MacDONALD was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on February 20, 2014
