(Madawaska Valley Township, ON) Provincial Constable Crystal Pearce is investigating a serious All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) collision that occurred on Opeongo Line on August 2, 2014 at approximately 5:30pm. Dustin Etmanskie, 20 years of age of Madawaska Valley Township was operating a 1985 Honda three wheeler when he lost control of the vehicle entering the ditch. Etmanskie was air-lifted to Ottawa with life threatening injuries.
