(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Monday, August 4, 2014, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of several garbage bags that had been dumped on Southgate Rd. 47 in the Township of Southgate in the past week.
Police were able to identify the person responsible.
Keith YENSSEN, 48, of Wellington North Township, was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for littering under the Public Lands Act.
