(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 43-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Windham Centre Road, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, November 11, 2016 at approximately 2:24 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen reporting an assault.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a male become involved in a verbal altercation with another male which then turned into a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 43-year-old Justin Edward WINGROVE of Norfolk County, Ontario with assault.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
