(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a single motor vehicle collision at a Radical Road, Woodhouse, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, November 12, 2016 at approximately 8:38 p.m., officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision.
Investigation has determined that a vehicle was travelling on Radical Road when the driver of the vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 52-year-old Terry BOTTS of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
