(SYDENHAM TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 12th, 2013 at 9:04p.m., a concerned member of the public contacted police to report a vehicle in the ditch on the 2nd Concession South near Grey Road 18, Sydenham Township.
Police arrived to find a motor vehicle in the ditch. Investigation revealed that Jordan STRIMAS, 18, of the Town of Blue Mountains had been drinking alcohol and had driven his motor vehicle into the ditch. An Approved Screening Device (roadside) was administered and STRIMAS was arrested after failing.
Jordan STRIMAS has been charged with Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood and Driving with a G2 licence while blood alcohol content was above.
