(NAPANEE, ON)- On December 12th, 2013 just before 7 a.m. officers with the Napanee OPP were dispatched to a single vehicle collision on Marysville Road in Tyendinaga Township.
When officers arrived they located a male hiding in the woods nearby. When officers called out to the male he came out of the woods and fell beside his vehicle.
The male was arrested for impaired driving and transported to hospital by EMS.
Charged with impaired driving and over 80 mgs is 77 year-old Clare SERO of Tyendinaga First Nation.
SERO was released on a Promise to Appear.
