(SOUTH PORCUPINE) The South Porcupine Ontario Provincial Police has charged a Holtyre, Ontario, man with a traffic offence stemming from a routine traffic stop on September 13th, 2013, in the Timmins area.
An OPP officer had occasion to stop a pickup truck towing a second vehicle in a manner worthy of further police scrutiny.
The vehicle’s driver was stopped and interviewed at the roadside.
Based on the investigative measures undertaken by the OPP officer, Jonathan DAVEY, 29, of Holtyre, Ontario, has been charged with Driving Motor Vehicle – No Licence contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
The vehicles were removed from the scene by licenced drivers.
