(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 30, 2015 at approximately 3:34 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) investigated the driver of a motor assisted bicycle on Lake Road near Wellington Road 32 in Puslinch Township.
Investigation revealed that the driver was prohibited from driving a motorized vehicle due to a previous impaired driving conviction. A search incident to arrest revealed that the male was in possession of hash oil as well.
54-year-old John KRAEHLING of Puslinch Township has been charged with Driving While Disqualified contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada and Possession of Canabis Resin contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on December 29, 2015 to answer to the charges.
