(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On October 30, 2015 at approximately 3:34 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) were conducting radar speed enforcement and monitoring traffic on the Fourth Line near Wellington Road 124 in Guelph-Eramosa Township. A male driving a 2012 GMC pick-up was observed travelling at a speed well above the posted speed limit. The vehicle was locked on radar at 114km/h in a 50 km/h zone.
His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
