At approximately 10:15pm on December 30th, 2015, Peterborough County OPP Officers responded to a 2 vehicle accident on Highway 7. The accident occurred between the 3rd and 4th Line in the Township of Asphodel Norwood. As a result of a subsequent investigation, charged is:
