(WARWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) – On November 1, 2013 at around 4:45 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to investigate a vehicle in the ditch on Confederation Line.
Investigation determined that a Dodge pickup truck had left the roadway and entered onto the front lawn of a residence in the 9000 block of Confederation Line. Officers spoke to the driver and determined that he was not injured but had been consuming alcoholic beverages.
Subsequent tests indicated that 30 year old Jevon GRIFFIN, who is from Mount Brydges, was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court on November 24, 2014 to answer to the charges of having care and control while impaired and having care and control while being over the legal limit under the Criminal Code of Canada. He has also been charged with driving while under suspension under the Highway Traffic Act.
