(POINT EDWARD, ON) – Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested and charged 23 year old Christopher MACKESY, who is from Enniskillen Township, in relation to the hit and run that occurred on November 1, 2014.
He has been charged with fail to stop at the scene of an accident involving bodily harm and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle cause bodily harm under the Criminal Code of Canada. He will appear in a Sarnia court on December 22, 2014 to answer to the charges.
The victim, 29 year old Aaron LEVY, who is from Sarnia, remains in a London hospital where he is listed as being in critical condition.
