(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 26-year-old male after police investigated a single motor vehicle collision at a Chilian Road, Woodhouse, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, February 6, 2016 at approximately 8:43 p.m., police were called to a single motor vehicle collision after a passerby located a vehicle in the ditch.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a vehicle was travelling southbound on Chilian Road when it left the roadway and entered the east side ditch striking a sign and landing onto its roof. The driver did not suffer any injuries.
Charged with the following offences is 26-year-old Jesse David Cowan BLACK of Norfolk County, Ontario.

Fail to report damage to property on highway
Fail to give required information
Fail to disclose particulars of insurance
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
