(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 29-year-old male after police investigated a single motor vehicle collision at a Highway 3, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, February 7, 2016 at approximately 3:55 a.m., police were called to a single motor vehicle collision.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a vehicle was travelling on East Windham Quarter Line Road approaching Highway 3 when the vehicle entered the intersection crossing over Highway 3 entering the south ditch. The driver did not suffer any injuries
As a result of investigation, police have charged 29-year-Thomas James O’NEILL of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
