(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – The City of Kawartha Lakes (CKL) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted R.I.D.E (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) spot checks yesterday for the start of the holiday period.
Two OPP officers were in Pontypool yesterday between 3 pm and 3:55 pm. They checked 37 vehicles and arrested one person.
Charged with Operate a Motor Vehicle with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood is 32 year old, James PARTRIDGE, of Pontypool. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay on December 17, 2015.
