(QUINTE WEST, ON) On September 4th 2013 at approximately 11:50pm Quinte West OPP responded to the call of an off-road vehicle that had flipped over into the ditch on Loyalist Parkway in Murray Township.
The driver, James DOBSON 22 of Ameliasburgh Township was charged for impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80mgs, he was released with a court date in October.
The OPP would like to remind the public that you can be charged with impaired driving for operating any motorized vehicle anywhere.
