(Hwy# 62 Tudor & Cashel) – On December 21, 2014 at 1:15 a.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P responded to a traffic complaint on Highway # 62 near Cleveland Road in Tudor and Cashel Township. A passing motorist reported that a pickup truck was stopped in the northbound lane of the highway with its engine running.
Officers attended the location and as a result of their investigation, 18 year old Jacob KELLY of Tweed, ON was arrested and charged with Care or Control While Impaired and Care or Control Over 80mg. Consequently his driver’s licence was suspended and his vehicle was impounded.
