(SOUTHGATE TWP, ON) – On December 21, 2014 at 1:24 am, the Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle crash along Southgate Side road 4 in Southgate Township. Officers arrived to find a Grey Mazda Van in the ditch south of the roadway. The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. Fifty-year old Kimberley LOPES of Clearview Township was charged with operate over 80 milligrams. She is scheduled to appear in court on January 22, 2015 to answer to the charge. There were no injuries reported at the crash.
