(ROCKPORT, ON) – On April 12, 2016, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged Ronald Howard HUCK, 72 of Rockport, ON in relation to multiple victims of assault dating from the late 1960s to 1990.
The charges stemmed from an investigation which commenced in October 2015 and resulted in the accused being charged with:
3 counts of Gross Indecency,
3 counts of Indecent Assault on a Male,
Sexual Exploitation and
Sexual Assault
On April 28, 2016, as a result of more victims being identified, he was re-arrested and is facing additional charges in relation to historical sexual offences dating from the late 1960’s to 2000.
The additional charges the accused is facing are:
· 2 counts of Gross Indecency
· 2 counts of Indecent Assault on a Male and
· 2 counts of Sexual Assault
He was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-in-Charge Undertaking with conditions. He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Brockville on Friday, June 10, 2016.
