Hero Calls Police And Gets Drunk Driver Off The Road

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 40-year-old male after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Hendry Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Friday, January 20, 2017, at approximately 5:56 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen about a vehicle that was travelling on Queensway East. Officers patrolling the area located the vehicle and stopped it to investigate the driver at a Hendry Street address.

As a result of investigation, police have charged 40-year-old Richard Alfred KOZAK of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.

He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
