(Alfred-Plantagenet, ON) On Wednesday April 23rd, shortly before 9:30 pm, Constable Chantal Duchesne of the Hawkesbury OPP was on patrol on County Road 9 in Alfred-Plantagenet when she intercepted a 2005 Ford Escape SUV.
Investigation revealed that the driver was suspended from driving.
Ghislain A. RACINE (44 yrs old) of Alfred was charged under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act with section 53(1) Drive while Under Suspension.
