(LANSDOWNE, ON) – On the 14th of November at approximately 3:15 a.m. Leeds County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P), officers responded to Lansdowne ON, regarding a man driving while impaired.
Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) reported a male who was possibly impaired and driving a 2011 Ford Ranger pick- up truck. .
The vehicle was located and the driver, Frank UNANGST, 66 years old of Quebec, was subsequently arrested and charged for Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He was released on a Promise to Appear, he will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Brockville Court on December 16, 2016.
