(KINGSVILLE, ON) On July 24, 2014, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Essex County Street Crimes Unit, along with OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) members and the OPP Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) executed a search warrant at a residence on Bayview Crescent in the Town of Kingsville.
Officers located approximately 33 grams of suspected cocaine and a small amount of suspected marihuana. Police also seized an undisclosed amount of Canadian currency, drug production equipment and drug paraphernalia.
21 year old Lincoln RICHARDS, 28 year old Shane LANCE, both from Toronto, and 56 year old Christopher COOPER and 49 year old Carolyn DUNKELBERGER, both from Kingsville. They have been charged with the following:
Possession For The Purpose Of Trafficking Cocaine, under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of Marihuana, under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of Property Obtained By Crime, under the Criminal Code of Canada
They will appear in a Windsor court at a later date
