(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Sunday, July 5, 2015, at approximately 6:00 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an assault which occurred on Concession 2 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs during a baseball game.
With the assistance of Bruce Peninsula OPP, investigation revealed that the victim, a 26 year old male from Neyaashingming First Nation was assaulted when he attempted to intervene during an altercation between one of the baseball players and a bystander. He did not require medical attention.
Tyson Lee GOOD, age 36, of Neyaashingming First Nation, was charged with assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, July 30, 2015.
