(SUDBURY, ON) – Members of the Sudbury Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a two vehicle fatal collision on January 25, 2015 shortly after 1:35 pm on Highway 144, Baynes Township.
The driver of the passenger vehicle who was pronounced dead on scene has been identified as Steven Michael JEDRASIK, a 33 year old male from Woodstock, Ontario.
The female driver age 43, and the female passenger age 66 from the pick-up truck were both transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
OPP Technical Collision Investigator and Reconstructionist are assisting with the on-going investigation to determine the cause of the collision.
