(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) On Sunday, January 25, 2015 at approximately 11:38 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a vehicle stop on Hwy. 21 east of Concession 7 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
The driver, who was found to be suspended from driving, faces a long list of charges under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA), including, driving while under suspension, use plates not authorized for vehicle, use validation not furnished for vehicle and drive left of centre. He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance under the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act (CAIA).
Shane ARMSTRONG, age 41, of Kincardine, Ontario is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on March 9, 2015.
