(BRANT COUNTY, ON) – Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a vehicle spinning out onto a residential front lawn on War Road on Sunday September 13 2015 at approximately 6:30 a.m.
Police determined through investigation that the involved vehicle a 1999 Lexus ES3 was registered to a female from a Brantford address.
OPP investigators have charged 55-year-old Eva FELIX of the City of Brantford with failing to provide a breath sample contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada and also offences under the Highway traffic act of Ontario.
She will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date to answer to the charges.
