(KENORA, ON) – Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have located a prisoner who escaped from custody on Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Police received information that 53 year old Harvey SMITH of White Dog First Nation was in the downtown area of Kenora on Thursday, September 5th, 2013. Smith was arrested without incident and is to appear in court today. He has been charged with Escape Lawful Custody.
