(TILLSONBURG, ON.) On September 4, 2013 during routine patrols, The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) located a female who was in possession of stolen items from Salvation Army.
The female was arrested and found to be in possession of the narcotic Percocet, which was not prescribed to her.
Charged is 24 year old Amber Lynn SMITH of Tillsonburg –
Theft Under $5000 – Criminal Code of Canada
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 – Criminal Code of Canada
Possession of Controlled Substance – Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
She was released on Promise to Appear – Court on October 1, 2013.
