(Madoc, ON) On September 5, 2013 just after 1 p.m. Central Hastings O.P.P received a suspicious person complaint about an elderly couple parked in a grocer y store parking lot in the Village of Madoc watching children in a school playground. Both the male driver and female passenger are described as being in their 60’s. The female is described as having grey curled hair, wearing sunglasses and using binoculars. The vehicle which was parked for approximately 45 minutes is described as a black or dark coloured sedan.
