(TILLSONBRUG, ON) -Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision that occurred at 142 Simcoe Street, Tillsonburg at approximately 05:30 a.m. today.
The collision occurred when the motor vehicle struck the Benjamin Moore Store on Simcoe Street. There was significant damage to the vehicle and the building. The building has been inspected and deemed structurally safe.
Oxford County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) assisted at the scene and the driver was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Charges are pending and the investigation is continuing.
