(South Stormont) – On July 3rd 2014, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) – Project Paradigm and members of the Emergency Response team executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Act Search Warrant at a property on County Road 18 in the village of St. Andrews West, South Stormont Township. The search resulted in the seizure of an undisclosed amount of cash as well as a small quantity of suspected cocaine and marihuana.
Vincent BRYAN (61) of the above said residence was arrested and is charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
– Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
– Fail to Comply with Conditions of Recognizance
He was held in custody and appeared in Cornwall court (bail).
Cassandra GARREAU-BELANGER (25) of Cornwall, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
She was released and is scheduled to appear in Cornwall court on August 5th, 2014.
