(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On February 13, 2014, just after 8:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a traffic complaint involving a Chrysler vehicle driving erratically on Highway 40 southbound near Meadowvale Line.
Chatham-Kent OPP officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. During conversation with the driver of the Chrysler, 47 year old Lisa PYNE from Chatham, it was determined that she had been consuming alcoholic beverages. The driver refused to provide subsequent breath samples.
She will appear in a Chatham Court on March 7, 2014, to answer to the charges of Driving While Ability Impaired and Fail or Refuse To Provide Sample.
