(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised of a vehicle on top of a snowbank at Grand River Street and Burwell Street in the Town of Paris.
At approximately 3:55 p.m. Monday February 24th, 2014, officers were called to a vehicle on a snow bank. Officers attended the scene and located a Volkswagen Beetle sitting on top of a five foot snowbank. While the officer was talking to the male driver of the vehicle, she observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was taken to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.

Care and Control While Impaired
The accused is currently being held before for the courts.
