(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On May 16th, 2015 at approximately 5:00 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a vehicle in the River Bend Plaza of the Town of Wasaga Beach and quickly discovered that the driver of this motor vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80mgs.” is Daniel RICE 43 years old from North York, Ontario. First appearance is June 2nd, 2015 in Collingwood court.
