(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On May 15th, 2015 at approximately 5:30 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police, Wasaga Beach Fire Department and the Simcoe County Paramedic Service responded to a motor vehicle collision (MVC) on River Road West at the Bell Park Road intersection involving two vehicles.
While investigating this MVC Police discovered that one of the drivers was in possession of what OPP believe to be Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD).
Charged with “Possession Schedule I Substance – other drug” is Caleb BURGLER 26 years old of Wasaga Beach. First appearance is June 30th, 2015 in Collingwood court. In addition Police have also charge this male with “Careless Driving” under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
