During the early morning hours of December 5th, while on general patrol a vehicle was stopped in the Town of Kemptville for a traffic violation. The driver exhibited some signs of impairment and registered a “fail†on a roadside screening device. The driver was arrested and transported to Kemptville OPP for an intoxilyzer test. Daniel John Corkery, age 27 of Perth was charged with impaired driving and driving a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol. The accused is to appear in Kemptville Court On December 18th, 2013.
