(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On Saturday, July 27, 2013, at 4:30 a.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) was called to the Pioneer Gas Bar on Broadway Street in Tillsonburg, for a report of two suspicious males in the area.
It was discovered that a break in had occurred at the Putters Golf Club, located adjacent to the gas bar. There was damage and entry gained to the business however no property was taken. The two suspicious males were found in the area and arrested by police.
As a result of a thorough investigation, police have charged the two males with the following:
Daniel D’Arcy, 18 years of age from Tillsonburg
Break and Enter – Contrary to The Criminal Code of Canada
Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marihuana – Contrary to The Controlled Drug and Substances Act
Steven DOES, 18 years of age from Tillsonburg
Break and Enter – Contrary to The Criminal Code of Canada
Both males were released on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge Undertaking and will appear on 20August 2013 at the Woodstock Courthouse.
