(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were advised of an intoxicated male driving a Volkswagen leaving the City of Brantford.
At approximately 12:15 a.m. Friday August 23, 2013 an officer located the vehicle on Colborne Street West. While talking to the driver the officer could smell the odour of alcohol. The driver was given the Roadside Screening Test and as a result of the test, he was transported to the City of Brantford Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Braden DAILEY 19 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following Criminal charge
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 6, 2013 to answer to the charge.
