(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were advised of a single motor vehicle collision on the 403 Highway at the Wayne Gretzky overpass.
At approximately 5:45 a.m. Thursday August 22, 2013 officers located a vehicle in the centre median of the 403 Highway. While talking to the driver, the officer observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the Brantford City Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Benjamin JACKSON 55 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following Criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 20, 2013 to answer to the charges.
